Each "townhome" features 3 bedrooms, flex space, and living spaces focused on the side and rear yards. The homes are divided volumetrically into Entry/Circulation represented by a wooden tower, and major living spaces, represented by the brick box. These volumes are then wrapped by a fiber cement panel ribbon that connects the yard to the roof decks by climbing up the structure and wrapping the volumes in strategic ways. Through these geometric forms, we are able to clearly express the different functions and programs within the architecture.
