Meredith was born and raised in Owensboro, Kentucky. She attended Washington University in St Louis, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Architecture and completed her Master's Degree in Architecture at the University of Michigan. She has worked as an architectural intern in Minneapolis and Owensboro during her schooling and began work at CW in 2021 after graduation.
